I have had these for a while , I presume they are military , they are
brass and almost 1" across . They are made in Birmingham and I guess

I don't think it was in a bezel . The few uniform marks that are on it
(bottom right 1st pic) are odd alright , the rest is the star design
around the rim protruding . I quite agree with offering a full refund .

I would assume it was solid , don't bother delving too far , the comment
will soon disappear off the bottom of your FB page . You never know , he
may get angry with you and say it means "Seller Lied In Description "
