Mailed an envelope 2 weeks ago. USPS showed receiving the package and started the process - got into transit2 days later and that was it. It never moved again. I went to the usps offcice and took my ebay paperwork. They cannot trace a pkg with ebays ...

I paid for a return label to send to my buyer(first time doing this) and I cannot find where to print the label.
