Is it possible to set my eBay to only buy from the United States. I no
longer buy from China or any other country mainly because of shipping
times and issues.
Where do I post problems with eBay not loading correctly. Some time it’s
loads ok for a few minutes. Then locks. Other times it want load at all.
Who do I tell this complaint to. If I was watching a bid this could be
very aggravating.
