I have had several in the last 6 months where I bought something and the
sale cancelled sometimes minutes after I paid for the item. If these
people do not want to sell the items....then why are they posting them?

As I previously stated, The bad sellers are going to take over unless
ebay puts a end to the feedback system. If they dont fix it...good
buyers are going to go elsewhere. Which will begin the fall of ebay. No
ones money is any better then anyone else...
