sales tax incorrect

Ebay is adding 2 percent more in sales tax. Verified it is 8.8 where seller is. it is 8.7 where i am. It is adding over 10 percent. Seller does not seem to care? Any help or idea. Of course have to pay sales tax but not the wrong sales tax.
