Hello,I just got paid $123.72 yesterday, but Ebay turned around & took $99.07 back. Can you please tell me why? And all I owed them from my invoice was $58.85. And even then I did not know they could just take it out of your bank account without cons...

I canceled an order & they said no problem don't pay for it, but they won't cancel me. I am going to get an unpaid item, but I have the message showing where they said this.
