Is anyone else having a problem with express payments today? It’s saying
returning your payment to available funds??? There is nothing wrong with
my debit card and I just did an express pay out yesterday with no
problem.
This is happening to me as well. I’ve tried 3- 4 times and no luck. Did
anyone get this resolved right away? eBay said I have an open ticket and
they would call me tomorrow
