Item hasn't sold yet. Item is broken.How do I contact a bidder to retract their bid? Do I have to wait tilauction ends?

Free selling fees over 50 items

I haven't gotten any free selling fees in a long time (over the alotted 50 items). How do I get them? I need them for Cyber Monday. Thanks.
