I am having trouble getting a refund for an item that was "not as
described" I have requested eBay to step in but there is no action, when
I try to see the update of my request I just get sent around in circles.
I requested a return but the seller would not provide a shipping label,
I had to return it personally, and I obtained a receipt for it. I have
asked eBay to step in but they keep telling me to send a message to the
seller.
