Seller canceled and refunded my purchase and I would like to file an appeal but ebay system does not seem to have that enabled when there is a refund.

I purchased a listing with multiple items and need to return one item for partial refund which the seller has agreed to do. How can I do that through the eBay return system without returning the entire lot?
