I am the buyer. Package has been delivered to me and received. Paid for. My eBay won’t update delivery status. Still shows item in process of being shipped.

Masking username for leaving feedback

Others’ leaving feedback show their username masked with ***** - like JohnDoe would appear something as Jo****e. Mine won’t do that. How to fix??
