How do I see the address of buyer at the time of sale if greater than 90 days?

Just received notice from Paypal that buyer did'nt authorize purchase of item. Just over 90 days. I contacted UPS and they can get me a tracking number if I have the zip code to which I sent item. Please Ebay, supply me with this information.

When does eBay return shipping fees if you pay and mark package sent without their label service?
