I just purchased an item and it was listed with free shipping. It
arrived today, and I had to pay $2.40 to the Postal Office to receive my
Item. How should I proceed with this?
The same thing is happening to me and my staff. It all changed about a
year ago. It is making it very difficult when you have multiple items.
You have to relist each time, and you are unable to list a custom price.
