HiI uploaded a product feed to my Ebay store. I get the following error
code 21919456 and I don't know how to fix it in my CSV file/field/value

HiI am a new seller and I was able to list only 4 items our of 200
because of my limits. How can I even be found with only 4 listings. I
requested an increase and got rejected. How can I get the account limits
changed so I can at least list 200 items...
