I have always recommended international buyers use a domestic freight forwarder. I have never used eBay international. HELP!

Why did I get 94 messages for items I did not sell?

I excluded Mexico and Peru on my excluded destinations and eBay allowed Buyers from Mexico and Peru to bid on my auction costing me the sale......I have been an eBay user for 23 years! I am not happy!
