I have had multiple offers not get paid, sellers have been complaining
of ghost accounts making best offers them getting accepted and then not
making payments. Having to wait 4 days to cancel the order. So ebay is
trying to make the sellers happy. No...
I did but ebay is having some real problems. They were able to change it
back though. I had business policies turned off, it was turned on
automatically per the ebay rep.
