I did get my swag box last week, but was not able to log on to the
Sellerbration.Tried many times and finally gave up after a hour or so:(

Contact Ebay and have them open a Faulty Return against the buyer. I
recently had to do this with a item that returned damaged because they
did not return with the original hard cardboard box it came in, they
just threw item in a bag and mailed..came...
I had this happen, contacted Ebay and told them my customer requested me
to ship out in a week because they were traveling, rep noted it on my
account, and told me that it would result in a late delivery ding BUT
since I called it in, and they had me...
I recently had this happen to me. The buyer [newbie 0 fb] bought a
wallet, I shipped off wallet same day, it got returned back to me 8 days
later with a USPS sticker saying "No Such Number Address" . I contacted
the buyer, 3 days in a row asking them...
