A buyer has returned the item in unopened condition as agreed. Now I am
trying to issue a refund on the "Refund the Buyer" page. However, it
will not allow me to enter a refund amount. Can you advise what I'm
doing wrong.
My listing specified that returns were not accepted. I sold an item and
