I was offering a special where you buy 3 items and get free shipping.
The buyer just purchased 3 items but was charged for hte shipping. How
do I partially refund that money
I have a buyer of a pearl ring with diamond accents who requests a
return because "edge of ring is sharp and possible loose stone". I know
for certain that the stone is not loose. Is there anything I can do? The

I disagree with this cut and dry response. during a pandemic, extra time
needs to be given and if the post office is not tracking EBAY should not
use that as a marker of whether or not it is in transit.
