items listed and for sale and our shipper accidentally sent out the
wrong model. The buyer, instead of contacting us, used negative
feedback. We fixed the issue and sent a revision...
Actually, more than 53% of buyers use feedback to determine if they'll
buy... And even ebay's top match algorithm takes into account the
feedback...so? Who cares that you've been selling for 23yrs? Pretending
it doesn't doesn't matter doesn't mean it...
For the most part use the eBay tools for seller protections. Make sure
it's packaged well, you buy the label through eBay, get insurance on the
package, photograph the item before shipping, etc... Make sure you have
a paper trail just in case.
Yeah, I had to ask for help once to find a transaction table for the
eBay charges. It wasn't easy to find for a novice. The other poster left
the proper link, if you are going to do a store and sell a lot,
definitely bookmark it.
