Exactly! They can create the exclusion list for shipping. Why can't they
create an exclusion list setting that looks where the buyer is
registered. I have no idea if my buyer was using a freight forwarding
address. I only know it went to Sarasota, FL...
We do not nor do we want to ship outside of the US so we have never had
this issue until we switched to MP. We have our preferences to set to
now shipping out side the continental US. But in MP it's still letting
Int'l buyers purchase, hence the fees...
I totally agree. Item shipped to FL turns out buyer's account is
registered to UK. I was charged the Int'l Fee. Ebay told me from now on

outside of the US I have to cancel the sale ...
