Totally! RealReal deals with everything. The complete stress is all
taken away. I would rather sell on the RealReal for a lower commission
and even if it is a lower price to sell quickly then deal with all the
chaos of eBay.
I still have not received my bag back. I’m out over a grand. No recourse
at all and the buyer was refunded. Ebay takes zero accountability for
their poorly set up platform. It’s truly disgraceful. I am thinking of
going to small claims court.
I’m in the same position right now. I spent 46 min on the phone and they
refuse to pass me to a manager. The guy John was also rude and said “so
you are going to hold until tomorrow?” There is zero customer service to
