anything (the last 2-1/2 weeks of Oct.) due to already reaching my limit

That's a lie! Tracking showed my package to Canada was "DELIVERED" yet
buyer says he never received my item. eBay sided with buyer and held
$2000 of my sales to refund the crooked buyer. Ebay scammed me big time!
2nd case was filed through eBay, as was the first. They're done hearing
me **bleep** - eBay nor the buyer will not respond to any more of my
emails. I got screwed and they know what they did too me.
