Scotte V-Cut cigar cutter and accessories, have tried 3 different
sellers and have been refunded. Why are these listed and why cannot they
be purchased.

Thanks, I never checked that. Second time this has happened, $3.00
mistake...Too many issues with paypal when I started selling, kept
asking for vendor/supplier name to keep my account from being restricted
because I had all my e-bay items sold going...
