My toolbar indicates to Make an Offer on a book item. When I go through
the procedures, the offer is rejected and the message says this buyer is
no longer eligible to make offers. How do I take this off, or contact
the potential buyer?
Several times buyers have chosen Priority Flat Rate Envelope for
packages that are over a pound. I do not know how they can choose this
