have 2 items that were sold at auction that show as being paid and they
were not. The buyers want to pay but cannot because they are marked as
paid. Ebay even charged me the fees for them. Please help

I did. They charged me the fees but but the page shows no payment on
either. And of course I cannot contact Ebay. I started a chat with Ebay
but they quit responding without fixing the problem.
