I just had an item removed for violating this policy. I appealed and
lost the appeal. The EXACT same item currently has several active
listing on Ebay and there are also many sold comps for the EXACT same
item. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have been able to purchase and print labels despite the warning
message. I just checked an item I shipped from Mass to Texas - it went
out on 10/21 and is out for delivery today. So all looks ok so far....
