Some international customers (from Europe) i formed me that they cannot
purchase items from me. I am using ebay Global shipping and don’t think
I put any restrictions. Please, help me make my items available to

I keep getting a notification on “What’s New” section of the Home page
that I gave items to ship, while in fact I don’t. They were already
shipped a few days ago. That is not a big problem, but could be
confusing. I’m attaching a screenshot.
