Purchased a one year subscription to WSJ print and digital from "Only If It's Cheap" .

Seller won't resume delivery after a hold and doesn't respond to messages to resume delivery.E-Bay customer service won't help and WSJ says I have to contact seller who doesn't respond.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
