message says there is a problem with the ship to address that need to be
corrected before I can purchase a shipping label. I have confirmed
address is correct with buyer. Its a $15 sale
buyer in UK says shipping not available to his address via international
shipping. I DO have international shipping applied to my items being
sold however. whats up?
