I can try but it sucks that there is not official ebay customer support as it used to be. At least before you could chat with someone, now nothing...

In the overview I see the sale in progress, from the point where the buyer paid to the shipping, and can only leave a feedback. So I guess is all fine. from that point I can only leave a feedback and no other actions can be done.

I was using the Italian ebay and under the option "in progress" there was the item sold and I wanted to remove the item as was sold in order to not get any other buyer click on it. Instead, I have closed the transaction and now I can see the item sol...
