In my case my mailing address on file is clearly what the package was
sent to until usps screwed it up..They delivered it to a p.o box the
building over...The absolute foolish thing is, is the seller has to
file..I paid for the dam package!!..Ebay fa...
That scenario has zero to do with my situation..My package was delivered
to the wrong address by usps.. Ebay needs to update their heading of
money back garuntee, because it has exceptions..The seller is a highly
reputable one with over 50,000 sales/...
I'm in the same boat..Very misleading statement of "garuntee." It should
say Money back with exceptions...Misleading to gain the trust of the
buyer.. Typical tactics employed..
