I got the winning bid for an item but got a sorry you missed out message, and am now unable to pay.

Idk how to fix it, but after about 30 minutes I rechecked the listing (for the 20th time) and it corrected to successful bid, I paid and placed my order. I hope it works for you too as I have no clue how to reach customer service or get help.
