Can a standard size greeting card, requiring no additional postage, be mailed through the Global Shipping Program as long as the printed label (& reference number) fits on the envelope? I've mailed many packages through there, but can they do letters...

A buyer purchased an item and then said they are in another country. How can I change to add global shipping at this point, or can I? Thank you!
