Same error - 2 years later. It usually works but been a problem for me the last few days. Contacted support but got nowhere.

Always check with ebay support before responding to an account verification request.

I'm still having this problem. Reported it. Hopefully there's a fix coming. Preferable to remove the option to upload videos until it works because it's wasting sellers precious time. Creating listings take enough work already.

Videos are being uploaded but not passing review. After 48 hours it comes back with 'unable to process' message. It's pretty frustrating. Takes a bit of work to arrange and film a good video.
