Hello, some shipping services, weigh the packages when it arrive at the
premises or they weigh it when they leave to be delivered. If the weight
you declared matches the weight that the shipping service says the
package had when it left the premises ...
maybe for you, but ebay forced me to this system only less than a month
ago, and I applied it less than a week ago, and the date that payments
should be entered more than three times has already been changed.
