A phone I purchased from a seller black screened on set up. The seller
refuses to issue a refund and has marked the item "does not accept
returns" - so I can't start a request with eBay. How do I get ebay to
investigate?
Thanks for that! The problem was that I couldn't raise a return request
- the ebay page just said, basically, you can't do that, they don't take
returns!! and the "continue" button was blanked out. I'm in Australia
but that shouldn't make a differenc...
Is this "no return" policy enforced by eBay when the product received is
faulty? I cannot raise a return request, but it is not because I changed
my mind. How do I get ebay involved in this case? I'm at my wits' end!
