Package was delivered to me, but on the tracking system it is pending. How to mark it as delivered?

My package was delivered to me, but the tracking system says it is "In Transit". The seller won't get paid until the tracking mark it as delivered. I don't see any option on Ebay to mark it as delivered by myself. Any help is welcome.
