If a buyer makes an offer but in the 2 years since they joined Ebay,
there have been no reviews as a Buyer or Seller? Is this normal? Can I
refuse to sell to him b/c of no history?
If I paid the post office for insurance and I expected the buyer to
request the repayment. But the item arrives damaged, and they request a
refund through ebay, is it worthless to pay for the insurance?
