After I sold and shipped an item, the system said that I had cancelled it for being out of stock.
Buyer is upset that their item is going to be late, and they want me to pay for shipping. what should do?
A buyer Attempted to return an item but, they said they forgot to put the shipping label on it. They dropped off at USPS. What do I do.
