The language change does not appear always for me either. It seems
sometimes I have to force a full page refresh (ctrl-f5 on desktop) the
page fully and it only appears at the very end of the page loading.
Same-ish issue here. Despite using .com website, eBay started changing
labels to local language. And there is zero way that I know of to
disable this. No, it's not chrome auto-translate. It's as if those in
charge have never heard of people speaking ...
