Why was my business policy changed from 3 days to 1 day? I've never had
1 day shipping because of my location, but recently 370 listings were
changed without my knowledge.
I was doing just fine with a starter store, but wanted Terapeak. After
subscribing to that, I realized that I'd do just as well to subscribe to
Basic with Terapeak included. Now, it's free for all. There's no real
benefit to staying with basic becaus...
Several of my listings are doubled. I didn't do this. When I try to end
one, it ends both. Other items I've tried to end, but they just won't
die. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong.
Today, Oct. 4, I got a notice about a buyer wanting a refund. He bought
it on Aug. 30, but I had to ask twice for him to pay. It was delivered
on Sept. 9 by media mail. Today, he sends photos of the padded envelope
wrapped by USPS apologizing for dam...
