Ship to U.S. but buyer wants item shipped to another country

I have U.S. shipping only on my listing but buyer is asking for invoice to ship to Mexico. How can someone outside U S. make a purchase if I have U.S. shipping checked off? Do I cancel order or how do I calculate shipping now?
