I sold 2 identical video cards to 2 buyers. Both got delivered but one
buyer claims I misrepresented item and wants to return a different item.
I didn't offer returns on cheap used items, sounds like buyers remorse.
That's useless, so if someone just initiates a return action thats it?
And they return a different product, too bad! I could do an action to
them but that's useless too considering the products are <$100
