Yeah, that was weird. It clearly just did that automatically. Perhaps
the default for the US is to do it that way because I certainly had no
way of manually doing that using the basic form. Thanks to all for
following up and helping me solve this!
Figured it out. Whoever said about the advanced option, that is the
solution. The problem is this doesn't come up when you relist. I created
a brand new listing, switched to advanced mode, changed the price to
fixed price which allowed me to increase...
