Getting answers from eBay is impossible! Two of my items have been delivered but my funds have not been releaseed through eBay, what gives?
How long do I have to wait for a Buyer to return an item as directed by eBay?

How long do I have to wait for a Buyer to return an item as directed by eBay? It has been over a week and no response from the buyer. My money is being held by PayPal. If the buyer doesn't return the item, how do I get my money released?

I have a third item delivered today and no release of funds and a forth out for delivery by 8pm tonight.

Really, is it just me or does eBay customer service really suck, as in non-existent and of no help whatsoever!
