I'm new to eBay. Bought 1 item & Sold 1 item. Positive reviews. Today I received an MC999EBI Notice. I'm trying to reach an eBay rep but no luck yet. Can the Community please explain this Notice? Thx so much.

When I go into Myebay/Selling at look at one of my items for sale, there is a green banner across the upper part that reads " You’ve sent an offer to 1 buyer(s)." But I can't find any other info on this including the offer it says I sent out. Thank y...
