My ebay listing is showing up under international sellers, and my location is in the continental USA

My ebay listing, 142477373536, when searched, is showing up under international sellers. The listing clearly shows I am in NY, USA. Ebay does not have a category for fixing this. Does anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?
