I was sold a fake watch. I asked the buyer to accept a return. He hemmed
and hawed. I asked eBay to help. They escalated, it wasn't resolved, and
it was closed. Is there any recourse now? It's totally against the
counterfit items policy.
I requested a refund through the eBay tools, and contacted support that
way. They escilated, by requesting the seller honor the return, but I
