I want my payment for an item I sold and shipped on 3 Dec 20 released to Paypal.

Ebay Item No. 373357214871. I shipped the item on 3 Dec 20 which was one day earlier than required. There is no legitimate reason why my Payment was put on Hold. I am requesting my Payment be released immediately to Paypal.
